Sleeping after the Fajr prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of Fatwa number ( 18192 )
Q 4: What is the ruling on one who sleeps after the Fajr prayer, when he is unable to sleep except at night and after the Fajr prayer?
A 4 : There is nothing wrong with sleeping at any time of the night or day, as long as it does not prevent one from fulfilling a religious obligation. The dislike (makruh) was only mentioned regarding sleeping before the 'Isha' prayer; because it is a place where one tends to prolong it and neglect performing the 'Isha' prayer at its time, so it was disliked for that reason. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
