The Importance of Jurisprudence in the Rulings of Fasting Ramadan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What do you advise the people, O Shaykh, regarding jurisprudence in fasting Ramadan?

Answer: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
He upon whom Allah intends to bestow goodness, He confers upon him an insight in religionمن يرد الله به خيرًا يفقهه في الدين
Sahih Muslim 1037a
, so it is obligatory for Muslims to learn what is hidden from them, and to ask the people of knowledge about what is difficult for them regarding fasting and other matters; because Allah the Exalted says:
So ask the people of the message if you do not know.فَاسْأَلُوا أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ لا تَعْلَمُونَ
[al-Nahl: 43], and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said in the authentic hadith:
One who guides to something good has a reward similar to that of its doer.من دل على خير فله مثل أجر فاعله
Sahih Muslim 1893a
, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever does not give up forged speech and evil actions and does not abandon foolishness, Allah is not in need of his leaving food and drinkمن لم يدع قول الزور والعمل به والجهل فليس لله حاجة في أن يدع طعامه وشرابه
Bulugh al-Maram 5:14
, so the believer asks, looks into matters, and studies the religion until he knows what Allah has made obligatory upon him, and what He has forbidden. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good and do you good.
