What is the meaning of: “Whoever prays the Fajr prayer is in the protection of Allah”?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Please explain to us the saying of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him):
Whoever prays Fajr is under the protection of Allahمن صلى الفجر فهو في ذمة الله
to the end of the hadith. May Allah reward you with good?
Answer: It means that he is under the protection of Allah, and it is not permissible for anyone to transgress against him. Rather, it is obligatory for his Muslim brothers to respect him and not to transgress against him except with a right. This indicates a great virtue for the Fajr prayer, and that whoever performs it is in the protection of Allah, and especially in congregation, it is even greater. So let the Muslim beware that Allah may demand of him his protection, for whoever Allah demands of him his protection, He will seize him and then cast him into the Fire, and there is no power nor strength except with Allah. So it is obligatory to be cautious. And the Muslim whom Allah has blessed with Islam and success should beware of harming people so that they do not harm him and so that they do not transgress against him. He should preserve his prayer and be consistent with it: Fajr, Zuhr, 'Asr, Maghrib, and 'Isha' in their times with his brothers in the mosques of Allah. And the woman should preserve it in its times in her home. And everyone should beware of harming people so that no one transgresses against him; for when he transgresses, it becomes permissible to transgress against him to the extent of retaliation. But if he stays away from harming people, he is more likely to be safe from the harm of people. And Allah will protect him and help him if he fears Him and is upright in His command, and He watches over him, Glorified and Exalted is He, as He, Glorified and Exalted is He, said:
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way outوَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا
[Al-Talaq: 2] ...
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him of his matter ease.وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرًا
[Al-Talaq: 4].
So it is obligatory for every Muslim man and woman to adhere to the limits set by the Shari'ah, and to stop at them, and not to transgress against anyone, neither with his tongue nor with his actions. By doing so, he is safe from the harm of people. And by doing so, he has the sanctity and respect of his Muslim brothers who have known his prayer, his consistency, and his uprightness, so they do not transgress against him and do not harm him; for he has not harmed them, but rather he has been upright in the command of his Lord and has not harmed anyone. So he is worthy of not being harmed and of not having the protection of Allah in him violated.
