The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful:
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) stated, in what he quoted from Jundub ibn 'Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Fajr is the first prayer according to some scholars, and according to some scholars, the first prayer is the Zuhr prayer. However, the most correct view is that the first prayer is Fajr. So it is the first, the second is Zuhr, the third is 'Asr, which is the middle one, the fourth is Maghrib, and the fifth is 'Isha'.
The Fajr prayer comes when many people are sleeping, and for this reason, the hypocrites are lazy about it, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said:Sunan Ibn Majah 797Sahih (Darussalam). It and the 'Asr prayer are the best of the five prayers, due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family): Sahih Muslim 635a. "Al-Bardayn" means: Fajr and 'Asr, because Fajr is the cool part of the night, and 'Asr is the cool part of the day.
And his saying:: Its apparent meaning is that it is the same whether in congregation or not in congregation.
And his saying:Sunan Ibn Majah 3946Sahih (Darussalam) means: in His covenant, meaning that he has entered into the covenant of Allah, so it is as if he has made a treaty with Allah (Mighty and Majestic) that no one will harm him. For this reason, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: meaning: do not transgress against the one who prayed Fajr, because he is under the protection of Allah and in His covenant. So beware that Allah the Exalted seeks anything from you from His protection, for whoever Allah seeks out, He will seize him, then throw him on his face into the Fire.
So in this is evidence that it is obligatory to respect the Muslims who have proven their Islam by praying the Fajr prayer, because the Fajr prayer is not prayed by anyone but a believer. The hypocrites do not attend the congregation, and they do not pray Fajr at all, because they only pray to show off to people. So if people are not paying attention to them, they do not pray.
Fajr in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) is not like Fajr in our day, meaning that the night in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) was a pitch-black night in which people could not be seen, so a person would come and go without being recognized. But for us now, our night, praise be to Allah, is like our day, due to the light of electricity that Allah has bestowed upon us. But in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), because of its darkness and hardship, the hypocrites did not pray. The important point is that in this hadith, it is obligatory to respect the Muslims who have proven their Islam by praying the Fajr prayer, and that it is not permissible for anyone to transgress against them. And, if Allah wills, the discussion of the hadith that follows will come.

من صلى الفجر فهو في ذمة اللهThe Fajr prayer comes when many people are sleeping, and for this reason, the hypocrites are lazy about it, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said:
The most burdensome prayers for the hypocrites are the 'Isha' prayer and the Fajr prayer. If only they knew what (reward) there is in them, they would come to them even if they had to crawl.
أثقل الصلاة على المنافقين : صلاة العشاء وصلاة الفجر، ولو يعلمون ما فيهما لأتوهما ولو حبواHe who observed two prayers at two cool (hours) would enter Paradise.
من صلى البردين دخل الجنةAnd his saying:
Whoever prays Fajr
من صلى الفجرAnd his saying:
he is under the protection of Allah
فهو في ذمة اللهso do not seek anything from him that would cause Allah to take him out of His protection
