The ruling on the opening supplication in every rak'ah for the imam and the follower

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A message from one of the listening brothers asking about reciting the opening supplication in every rak'ah of the tarawih prayer?
Answer: The opening supplication is prescribed for the imam and the follower if it is feasible. If the imam begins the recitation immediately after the takbir without making the opening supplication, the follower should do the same and not make the opening supplication, but rather listen. Or if he begins the recitation and the follower has not made the opening supplication, he should not make it, but rather listen. However, if the imam makes the opening supplication and the follower makes the opening supplication, this is the best, like the obligatory prayer; this is the best. But if the imam did not make the opening supplication, leaving the recommended practice, there is no blame on him; because the opening supplication is not obligatory, it is a recommended practice. Likewise, if the imam hastens and makes the opening supplication but becomes faster than the followers, and the follower is delayed and has not made the opening supplication until the imam has begun, the follower should not make the opening supplication, but rather listen and pay attention to the recitation. However, if he recites al-Fatihah, everyone recites al-Fatihah. It is obligatory for everyone to recite al-Fatihah, even if the imam is reciting. You, the follower, recite al-Fatihah and then listen, based on his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
Perhaps you recite behind your imam? We replied: Yes, it is so, Messenger of Allah. He said: Do not do so except when it is Fatihat al-Kitab, for he who does not recite it is not credited with having prayed.لعلكم تقرءون خلف إمامكم؟ قلنا: نعم. قال: لا تفعلوا إلا بفاتحة الكتاب فإنه لا صلاة لمن لم يقرأ بها
Sunan Abi Dawud 823Da'if (Al-Albani)
. So the follower recites it in the obligatory and voluntary prayers. He recites it quietly and then listens to his imam, in the standing prayer of Ramadan, and in Fajr, and in Maghrib and 'Isha', and in Jumu'ah. It is upon the follower to recite it; this is the correct view, and then he listens. Yes.

The Shaykh: That he forgot and did not recite, or he was ignorant ..........

, and in the other hadith:
There is no inheritance between people of two different religions.لا توارث بين أهل ملتين
, and likewise if his wife is a People of the Book .........
It becomes ... the treasury of the Muslims. If he has a Muslim relative, even a distant paternal cousin, he is given the inheritance, and it is not given to his father, a close relative, or his brother if they are on a religion other than his, based on his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
A Muslim may not inherit from an infidel nor an infidel from a Muslim.لا يرث المسلم الكافر ولا الكافر المسلم
Sunan Abi Dawud 2909Sahih (Al-Albani)
, agreed upon for its authenticity. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
