The ruling on the Hajj of a minor if he errs in some of the rituals

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says: What is the ruling on the Hajj of a young son if he goes with his father and errs in some of the rulings?

Answer:
His Hajj is considered a voluntary act, and if he errs in something, he is not subject to what is required of an adult who is accountable. For example, if he does not stone the pillars, and no one stones the pillars on his behalf, a sacrificial animal is offered on his behalf. However, if he cuts a fingernail, or covers his head while he is male, he owes nothing; because he is in the position of one who forgets or is ignorant, so he owes nothing; because someone like him is not one who understands the rulings. So if he covers his head, or trims his fingernails, or cuts some of his hair, and his guardian with him does not notice until he informs him, he owes nothing; because he is not accountable. Yes.
