The ruling on one who incites a woman against her husband so that he may marry her

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
We return at the beginning of this episode to a message sent to the program from the Arab Republic of Egypt, sent by listener: (A. A. M). Our brother presented a case in a previous episode, and in this episode he has a somewhat lengthy case in which he says: A man married a woman and had children with her. He had a friend who would visit him at his home, and this friend would entice his friend's wife with money. Then they agreed that she would ask for a divorce from her first husband and waive her rights and the rights of her children. In fact, the divorce took place and this friend married her. Please provide information on this marriage: is it lawful or forbidden? The children are now in confusion, and there are problems between the mother and the father. Is there a sin on the wife, or on the husband? Because he allowed this friend to enter his home and entice his wife, and this was without his knowledge. May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow his guidance. As for what follows:
This action of the friend in enticing the wife and inciting her is not permissible; rather, it is an evil act. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade it and warned against it. Therefore, he must repent to Allah for that. The marriage is valid, but he is sinful, and he must repent to Allah for what he did. If he married her after she had completed her waiting period, there is no blame on him, but he is still sinful, and she is sinful, and she must repent to Allah for that. Both of them are sinful.
As for the husband, there is no sin on him if he did not know. There is no blame on him because he did not know about this man's actions. This man betrayed him in his household by inciting his wife and urging separation, so he has committed a crime. He must repent to Allah for that, feel remorse for what has passed, and resolve not to return to it. If it is possible for him to seek the forgiveness of his brother and ask him to pardon what happened, provided that no harm results from this, then that is good. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
