The Obligation of Washing the Limbs of Wudu with Water

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I am a student in school, and when I want to perform wudu, my garment does not rise above the elbow due to the tightness of the sleeve. Is it permissible for her to wipe?

Answer:
It is not permissible for her to do so, nor is it permissible for her to wear tight clothing. In fact, this is not permissible. She must wear clothing that can be pulled up to her elbow so that she can wash the elbow. The elbow is part of the arm, and she must wash her arm along with the elbow. It is obligatory for her to abandon this tightness and wear clothing with which she is able to wash her elbows.
