Ruling on entering the toilet while carrying something bearing the name of Allah or parts of the verses

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The following message was sent by our brother in Allah: 'Imad al-Dado ibn Amin, a Syrian national residing in Iraq. He says: When I enter the toilet, I have Iraqi dinars with me, and these dinars have Surat al-Ikhlas written on them. Is this permissible or not? And if it is not permissible, what should I do, especially when I am outside the home in a place where I do not feel safe?
Answer: This requires a detailed explanation: If you are in a safe place, keep them outside the toilet, whether at your home or in another place, in a gap or in another location, until you are done, out of respect for the Book of Allah and His speech, (Glorified and Exalted is He). Likewise, if it contains the remembrance of Allah, it is better to take it out, such as a ring containing the remembrance of Allah or letters containing the remembrance of Allah; keep it outside if that is feasible.
As for if you are in an unsafe place, there is no blame on you for praying while it is with you; because Allah says:
So fear Allah as much as you are ableفَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
[Al-Taghabun:16] And because there is a danger in taking it out, as it might be taken from you.
So the conclusion is: If you need it and it is not feasible to keep it outside the toilet, there is no blame on you, and praise be to Allah.
