The ruling on a woman listening to the Qur'an while performing household chores

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
From Abu al-Bara' from Khamis Mushayt (A. M. G), a question stating: My mother does not know how to read, but it is her habit to turn on the radio for the recitation of the Noble Qur'an and work in the house. The reciters are reading, so she listens to whatever is made easy for her while she attends to the affairs of the house while he is reading. Is there anything upon her when she leaves the reciters reading while she works, but does not pay attention sometimes due to her preoccupation with household matters?

Answer:
There is no blame on her for that, and she is to be thanked, and she has a reward for it. She listens to whatever is made easy for her. Yes, this is good; because listening to the Qur'an is all good. If she turns on the radio to listen and engages in some tasks, she combines the two benefits, and there is no blame on her for that. We ask Allah to reward her and to benefit her with what she has done.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
