The ruling on one who criticizes a woman for remarrying after her husband's death

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
One of the listening brothers from Iraq, Baghdad, who used the code name "al-Mustanad bi-Allah," says: In our society, and in some other societies, they criticize a woman whose husband has died if she remarries after him. What is the ruling on their action?

Answer:
This is an error, and it is not permissible for them to criticize her. Rather, she should remarry, and strive to preserve her chastity, lower her gaze, and seek offspring. This is only forbidden for the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him); Allah forbade the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) from marrying after him.
As for others, there is no blame on them in this matter, and she is not to be criticized for remarrying after her husband who died. The one who criticizes her has erred and made a mistake regarding her. Rather, she should be encouraged to marry, because of the great good and the numerous benefits in it. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
