The ruling on using perfumes that contain a percentage of alcohol

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
You are also asking another question, saying: I have some perfumes that contain alcohol, and I heard that using them is forbidden. What should I do with them? Is it permissible for me to use them until they are finished, and then use others?

Answer:
Perfumes in which it is established that there is an intoxicant are not permissible to use; rather, they must be destroyed. For example, it is established that cologne contains alcohol; it contains spirits and intoxicates, so it is not permissible to use it. Even if some people use it, it is never permissible to use it.
As for the other perfumes, we do not know that they contain anything. However, if it is established by the testimony of trustworthy, knowledgeable people that they contain something that intoxicates in large quantities, then they are not to be used.
Whatever a lot of it intoxicates, a little of it is unlawful.ما أسكر كثيره فقليله حرام
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1865Hasan (Darussalam)
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whatever a lot of it intoxicates, a little of it is unlawful.ما أسكر كثيره فقليله حرام
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1865Hasan (Darussalam)
So, if it is established by the testimony of two or more trustworthy, knowledgeable people that it is an intoxicant, meaning that its large quantity intoxicates, then it is not permissible to use it, neither its small quantity nor its large quantity. As for when its large quantity does not intoxicate, there is no harm in using it. Yes.
