The ruling on appointing a proxy for stoning the pillars for one who is unable

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The first message in this episode is from one of our brother listeners. He says: Ahmad Yaziyah from Turkey, working in Riyadh. He says: Allah granted me Hajj last year. On the day of Eid, after stoning the Jamarat al-Aqabah, I went to perform the circumambulation of the Ka'bah. That was completed, and I shortened my hair. Then I put on my clothes. After that, I went to a commercial location for my partners and was in the shop unloading goods from the top of the shop, and I fell. Both my feet swelled, and I was unable to stone the pillars on the second and third days. I appointed someone to stone them on my behalf for these two days. Is my Hajj valid and complete? Please guide us. May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon the Messenger of Allah, upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow his guidance. As for what follows:
If the situation is as the questioner described, then your Hajj is valid, and praise be to Allah. You are excused, because due to the accident that befell you, you are unable to stone the pillars. If you appointed a proxy for that, there is no blame on you. Your appointment is sufficient, and praise be to Allah. Likewise, every sick person and every one who is unable, if he appoints a proxy for stoning the pillars, it is sufficient, and praise be to Allah.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
