The ruling on a daughter going out to call people to Allah without her father's permission

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says: What is the ruling on a girl going out without her father's knowledge to call people to Allah, or to visit the sick, or to do good deeds, given that her father does not prevent her from doing so? And if we assume that he does prevent her, should she go out to call people to Allah or not? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
Yes. She may go out to call people to Allah, visit relatives, and visit the sick, provided she is careful, chaste, covered, and wearing hijab; there is nothing wrong with this even if she does not seek her father's permission, unless there is danger in her going out. In that case, she must have her father's permission and take his opinion on how she goes out so that she does not fall into danger, because her father is responsible for her.
And so it is with her brothers. If her going out does not lead to any harm in her going out to visit the sick, or to listen to sermons, or to listen to the Friday sermon, and if her going out is controlled, she is covered, and there is nothing that would lead to suspicion, then there is nothing wrong with it.
However, if she fears that she will be accused, she should be cautious and not go out except with permission, and she should be accompanied by one of her sisters, her stepmother, or other trustworthy women, so that she is not accused of wrongdoing. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, Your Eminence the Shaykh.
