The Preference of Clasping the Hands After Rising from Bowing

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says in his final question: What is the ruling on placing the hands after rising from bowing, such as letting them hang down, or clasping them? Please guide us, may Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
It is preferable to clasp the hands after rising from bowing; it is preferable to clasp them, because it is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) what indicates this, from the hadith of Wa'il ibn Hujr, and from the hadith of Qabisa ibn Hulb al-Tai from his father, that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to place his hands on his chest while standing in prayer. This standing includes what is after bowing and what is before bowing, because it is standing, so he places his hands on his chest. This is what is preferable. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, Your Eminence the Shaykh.
