Ruling on a woman going out with her husband's brother and his mother accompanying them

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The sister (H. G.) from the Kingdom also says: When my husband is absent, I ask his permission to leave the house for some important needs. His brother takes me, accompanied by his mother, or by his wife. Is there any sin on me for that?
Answer: There is no harm in that if you go out with your husband's brother with your husband's permission, and a third person is with you, whether his mother, his wife, or someone else who prevents seclusion. There is nothing wrong with that, because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade seclusion. He said:
No man should be alone with a woman because the Shaitan will be the third one present.لا يخلون رجل بامرأة فإن ثالثهما الشيطان
Musnad Ahmad 177Sahih (Darussalam)
. If his mother or his wife is with you, the seclusion is removed, and there is no harm in that, if Allah wills, provided the going out is for known needs. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
