Is the bequest of one who bequeathed to be buried in al-Madinah carried out?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner is Egyptian and works in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. He says in this question: Some people bequeath to be buried in the Prophet’s City (al-Madinah al-Nabawiyyah). Is such a bequest carried out, and is there any virtue in it?

Answer:
The closer view is not to carry it out. There is no need to carry it out. He should be buried in his country with the Muslims, and his heirs should not be burdened, nor should the people be burdened. He should be buried with the Muslims in his country if there is a Muslim cemetery there; otherwise, he should be buried in a place distant from the disbelievers. There is no need to transport the body. Yes.

The presenter: Your Eminence! What about one who dies in a land of disbelievers? Is he buried among them?
The Shaykh: He is buried in a separate place, not among their graves. Either in a place for Muslims, or in a place far from their graves, free of their graves. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good, O Shaykh.
