The ruling on one who bequeaths to be buried in a country other than his own

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If he dies in Riyadh and says, "Bury me in Madinah?"

Answer:
No, this is not prescribed. If he dies in Riyadh, he is not moved to Madinah, nor to any place other than Madinah. If he dies in al-Kharj, he is not moved to Riyadh, and if he dies in al-Kharj, he is not moved to al-Hawtah. And so on; there is no need for it. It is a burden without need. It is better not to carry out this bequest.
