What is the validity of the following rule mentioned by our brother Adnan: "Sound, correct, and clear creed combined with a lack of character equals a da'wah result of zero"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Our brother Adnan, in his lessons, formulates rules, and I do not know, perhaps you have heard some of these rules he mentions. In one lecture, he stated a rule that really caught the attention of those present, to their surprise. Truly, Shaykh, we must take your opinion on it. He said: The rule, Shaykh, is: "Sound, correct, and clear creed combined with a lack of character equals a da'wah result of zero". So, of course, subhan Allah, and I was among those present in the session. We were stunned by this statement, so he said: "O my people", as if he saw the look of surprise on their faces. He said: "Listen to the words of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, where He says regarding Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)
And if you had been rude [in speech] and harsh in heart, they would have disbanded from about you. ولو كنت فظا غليظ القلب لانفضوا من حولك
[Ali 'Imran 3:159]
So he said: "
That is, no person has better character, excuse me, better creed than the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), nor better understanding of the creed and calling to it. But the Lord of Majesty and Honor warned that this sound creed, if it is not accompanied by good character and a good call to this character, what is the result? He called the da'wah result 'nothing' or the da'wah result 'zero'." So I do not know, truly, Shaykh, what is your opinion?

The Shaykh : Write the phrase exactly as it is.

The questioner : I mean, I will write it, Shaykh, if Allah wills, approximately, Shaykh.

The Shaykh : I mean, the problem is here.

The questioner : No, I mean, this is an approximation, Shaykh. Certainly it is like this, but perhaps a word here or a word there, meaning the meaning did not change, that I heard it.

The Shaykh : If he is saying this meaning.

The questioner : Yes, that is right.

The Shaykh : If he is saying this meaning.

The questioner : Yes, a correct creed.

The Shaykh : With bad character.

The questioner : The da'wah result is zero.

The Shaykh : The da'wah result is zero.

The questioner : Yes

The Shaykh : Okay, bad character.
