Ruling on abandoning the call to Islam on the pretext of fear of speaking without knowledge

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner from Hadramaut in Yemen (M. M.) says: Some of the sisters refuse to engage in the call to Allah in the women's sphere on the pretext that they are afraid they will say what they do not know; thereby they bear the sin, and the sin of others. Is there any guidance in this?

Answer:
It is obligatory to call to Allah and to teach, if the woman has knowledge. As for if she has no knowledge, it is not permissible for her to speak; because Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) says:
Say, "This is my way; I invite to Allah with insightقُلْ هَذِهِ سَبِيلِي أَدْعُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ عَلَى بَصِيرَةٍ
[Yusuf:108] and He says (Exalted and Majestic is He):
Say, "My Lord has only forbidden immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed - and sin, and oppression without right, and that you associate with Allah that for which He has not sent down authority, and that you say about Allah that which you do not know."
[Al-A'raf:33].
So no one has the right to speak about Allah without knowledge, neither a man nor a woman. But if the woman has knowledge, it is obligatory for her to convey the knowledge to her sisters in Allah, from her neighbors, from her companions, from her family. She guides the people and teaches the people, just as the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), men and women, guided and taught.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good, O Shaykh.
