How many rak'ahs does one who missed the Friday prayer while traveling pray?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If a person is traveling on Friday and misses the Friday prayer, and he is on the road in his journey, does he pray it shortened as two rak'ahs, or as four rak'ahs of Zuhr?

Answer:
He prays it as Zuhr, two rak'ahs, while traveling. If he left the town in the morning before the sun reaches its zenith, he prays it as two rak'ahs of Zuhr, if he is a traveler. But if the sun has passed its zenith and he is still present, he prays Friday with the people. He prays Friday with the people and does not leave, because it has become obligatory upon him, unless he fears missing his travel group, in which case he has done what is permissible. The point is: if the prayer time arrives and the sun has passed its zenith, he prays Friday with the people and then travels. As for if he left in the morning before the sun reached its zenith, there is no blame on him, and he prays Zuhr as two rak'ahs on the road. Yes.
