What is required of a woman who broke her fast due to childbirth and did not make up the fasts until she grew old?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Our sister says: Thirty-five years ago, I gave birth to a daughter in Ramadan, and two years later I gave birth to another daughter in Ramadan. I did not fast except for ten days. Please advise us, may Allah reward you with good. I am a woman, as I have described my condition, who is old in age and ill. How should I act now?

Answer:
If Allah grants you health, you must fast the days you left. If Allah grants you health, it is obligatory for you to fast the days you owe from the first Ramadan and the second Ramadan. In addition, if you were lax in making up the fasts while having the ability, it is obligatory for you to feed one poor person for each day. This is half a sa' of dates or rice, meaning approximately one and a half kilograms for each day. It is given to some poor people, even if it is just one person. You can gather it and give it to some poor people, one or two poor people, or a poor family, and that is sufficient, and praise be to Allah. However, if the delay was due to illness, and you were not lax, but illness prevented you from fasting, then you only have to make up the fasts, and you do not have to feed anyone. Rather, you make up the days you left, and you do not have to feed anyone, because you are excused.
If the illness is chronic, and the doctors have determined that this illness is chronic, and its cure or removal is not expected, then you do not have to make up the fasts, like an old person who is unable to make up the fasts. It is obligatory for you to feed one poor person for each day, and praise be to Allah, just as mentioned before... half a sa' of dates, rice, or wheat, which is the staple food of the country. Its amount is approximately one and a half kilograms, given to some poor people, and praise be to Allah. It is all gathered and given to some poor people. Yes.
