What is obligatory upon one who broke the fast of Ramadan for three years without an excuse?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says, in his third question, regarding the years 1402, 1403, and 1404 AH: I did not fast Ramadan in these three years out of disobedience on my part, or this was in the early days of my youth, and I have not made up the fasts until now. Do I have to make up these days and pay an expiation?

The Shaykh: Repeat. Repeat.

The presenter: He says: In three previous years, 1402, 1403, and 1404 AH, I did not fast Ramadan in these three years out of disobedience on my part, and this was in the early days of my youth. I have not made up the fasts until now. Do I have to make up the fasts and pay an expiation, or is repentance sufficient? Please guide us, O Shaykh.

Answer:
You must repent, make up the fasts, and feed the poor; all three are required of you. You must repent to Allah for not fasting, you must make up the fasts, and you must feed one poor person for each day due to the delay, if you are able to feed them. This is what is obligatory upon you, because this is a great sin, may Allah keep us safe from it. If you had reached puberty when you left off fasting, then it is obligatory upon you to make up the fasts, repent to Allah, and feed one poor person for each day with half a sa' of the staple food of the land. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
