Does a woman who steals have rights if she is divorced?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner, who used the initials (M. R. F) from the Arab Republic of Egypt—Fayyum—says: I got married a year ago, and two months after the marriage, I discovered that my wife was stealing money from the house, and from my mother and my brothers. After I advised her several times, but unfortunately, she did not act on my advice. After she promised me that she would not do this thing again, she went back and did it. Now I am working here, and I sent a message to my family telling them to send her to her father's house. I do not want to live with her anymore because of this bad habit—stealing—and she has been at her father's house for five months now. So, if I divorce her, does she have any rights over me, such as the furniture, for example, or the gold I bought for her; the jewelry set, as they call it?

Answer:
You must give her her rights and all that you stipulated for her, you give it to her
Muslims are bound by their conditionsالمسلمون على شروطهم
And your divorcing her is appropriate, as long as it was discovered that she was stealing and she did not accept the advice, then keeping her away and divorcing her is better. But you are not allowed to take anything of her right. What you stipulated for her in the marriage, you give it to her and do not take anything from it, not from the gold or anything else
Muslims are bound by their conditionsالمسلمون على شروطهم
And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The most worthy conditions to be fulfilled are those by which you make sexual intercourse lawful for yourselves (in marriage).إن أحق الشروط أن يوفى به ما استحللتم به الفروج
Bulugh al-Maram 8:32
It is agreed upon that it is authentic.
So it is obligatory for you to give her her rights, and if you want to divorce her, there is no harm; because of her bad conduct. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
