Is the fast of one who hears the call to Fajr while in a state of major ritual impurity valid?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A person fasted Ramadan while not in a state of ritual purity, meaning: while in a state of major ritual impurity. Is his fasting accepted, or what is the ruling?

Answer:
Yes, the fast is valid. Even if he did not perform the full ritual bath until after dawn, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would sometimes have intercourse with his wife and delay the full ritual bath until morning. So if he had intercourse at the end of the night, then ate the pre-dawn meal and fasted, and did not perform the full ritual bath until after the call to prayer, there is nothing wrong with that; there is no blame on him for it.
