Ruling on a woman mixing with her relatives in the presence of a mahram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
You ask Your Eminence and say: Is it permissible for me to greet my relatives and speak with them, while I am wearing the hijab and uncovering only my face and hands, in the presence of my husband, or in the presence of several women such as my mother-in-law, my aunt, my father-in-law, and others?
Please inform us, may Allah reward you.

Answer:
There is no harm in speaking with them, listening to their words, participating in good deeds, and engaging in permissible conversation; however, you must maintain the hijab for the face, hands, and the entire body. You must observe the hijab. There is no harm in sitting with them, listening to their conversation, participating in the discussion, and exchanging greetings; all of this is permissible, but without abandoning the hijab and without shaking hands with a non-mahram. Allah says (Exalted and Majestic is He):
Say, "Obey Allah and the Messenger."قُلْ أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ
[Al-Imran: 32] It is obligatory to obey Allah and His Messenger in all circumstances. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
