Ruling on riding with a non-mahram in the presence of his mother or sister

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Our sister asks and says: What is the ruling on riding with one of the relatives, despite the presence of his mother or sister, or one of them?
Answer: There is no objection if a third person is with the woman such that seclusion is thereby removed, so there is nothing wrong with it. If she rides with the driver and his mother or sister or wife is with him, or her brother or husband or mother or another woman is with her, in a manner that contains no suspicion, there is nothing wrong with that; the seclusion is removed, and praise be to Allah.
The presenter: May Allah reward you! But does the Shaykh prefer that the passenger be from her relatives or from the relatives of that man?
The Shaykh: The important thing is that they are trustworthy and there is no suspicion in their riding.
