What is the ruling on exposing the hair and wearing short clothing for girls?

Question:
His last question says: What is the ruling regarding girls who expose their hair and wear short clothing? What do you advise them? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
If they expose their hair in front of a non-mahram man, this is forbidden and a major sin. But if it is in their homes, in front of women, there is no blame on them. The head is not an awrah (part of the body that must be covered) in front of women. If she exposes her head in front of her mother, her sisters, or other women, there is nothing wrong with it. Or in front of her husband, all of it; there is nothing wrong with it.
The point is: she must not expose her head, nor any part of her body, in front of a non-mahram man. Likewise, she must not wear short clothing in front of a non-mahram man.
As for in front of women, the matter is easier. However, it is better for the woman to be modest, dignified, and good, wearing good clothing, and not to be indecent by exposing her hair in front of people, so that she can be an example to follow. She should be dignified and good so that she can be an example to follow. Otherwise, exposing the head in front of women, or in the house if she is alone, there is no blame in that.
Likewise, if her shirt is below the knee and above the ankle, in her house and in front of her husband, it does not harm. Or in front of women. But it is better for her to habitually wear the full garment and the good shirt, meaning: the covering garment, so that this is better so that she can be an example to follow, and so that she does not become lax in that in front of a driver, a servant, or others. Yes.
