The position of the prayer’s gaze in the funeral prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
In the funeral prayer, does the one praying look at the place of prostration, as in the other prayers? Or is that not obligatory? And what does one do if he misses more than one takbir in the funeral prayer?

Answer:
It is the Sunnah for the one praying in the funeral prayer, and in other prayers, to look at the place of prostration so that there is no fidgeting or negligence in the prayer, until he becomes humble. This is the best. And if he catches part of the prayer, what he catches is the beginning of his prayer; this is the best. And what he makes up is the end of it. So if he catches the third takbir, he says takbir and recites al-Fatihah. And if his imam says the fourth takbir, he says takbir and sends blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). And if his imam says the closing salam, he says takbir and says: “O Allah, forgive him and have mercy on him.” Then he says takbir and says the closing salam. Yes.
