The Ruling on a Woman Performing Tawaf Without a Mahram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This is a questioner for the program who says: When we went to Makkah to perform 'Umrah, two of my brothers were with us. After we arrived in Makkah, we took a taxi and went to the Haram to perform 'Umrah. All of us were women, and there was no mahram with us. Is our 'Umrah valid? Or is it not valid? And is there a sin on my brothers for that, or not?

Answer:
The 'Umrah is valid. It is not a condition that the mahram remains with you during the tawaf and sa'y. The mahram is for the journey only. If he has brought you to Makkah, praise be to Allah. So if you perform tawaf without a mahram, and sa'y without a mahram, there is no blame on you. The mahram is required to accompany you in the journey. But if you have arrived in the land, praise be to Allah, the matter is finished. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you.
