How is the repentance of one who intended a bad deed but did not carry it out?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If a person intends a bad intention and then turns back to Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and changes his intention to a good one; in this case, is repentance obligatory?

Answer:
If he changes the intention before he acts, there is nothing on him. Or if he changes it before he acts; before he gives charity, before he fights in the path of Allah, before he prays, and he rectifies his intention; then he is judged by his last good intention.
