Q6: What is the ruling on intention before prayer?
A6: The intention for prayer is made upon entering it with the takbir of ihram. It is permissible for the intention to precede it slightly and be carried with one until he enters the prayer. In any case, its place is the heart, not the tongue. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
