Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Allah the Exalted said:
No disaster strikes except by permission of Allah. And whoever believes in Allah - He will guide his heartمَا أَصَابَ مِنْ مُصِيبَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ وَمَنْ يُؤْمِنْ بِاللَّهِ يَهْدِ قَلْبَهُ
[Surat al-Taghabun: 11]?

Answer:
He guides his heart, meaning: He expands his chest for good.
As 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir said: It is the man who is struck by a calamity, and he knows that it is from Allah, so he is pleased and submits.
Meaning: He expands his chest for good, and He grants him success in good; until his heart is at peace, and until he is pleased with the calamity, and until he feels at ease with it and his chest opens to it; hoping for its reward.
