The Recommendation of Seeking Refuge Every Night with the Mu'awwidhat Before Sleep

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The hadith of Aisha regarding the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him): He used to gather his hands together when he went to bed, blow into them, and recite in them:
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[Al-Ikhlas 112:1]
[Al-Ikhlas] and the two Mu'awwidhat. Is this sufficient? I mean: does one who persists in this have a protection?

Answer:
This is one of the lawful protections, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to practice it constantly every night, especially if something afflicted him (peace and blessings be upon him). So this is a form of treatment.
Q: Along with the other dhikr?
A: Along with the other dhikr.
