Is it permissible to travel to study the Qur'an and listen to it recited with a beautiful voice?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: There is a good reciter in our city who is humble in his prayer, and people come to him from distant cities, such as Riyadh, the Eastern Province, al-Baha, and others. What is the ruling on these people coming? And is it true that they have fallen into the prohibition mentioned in the hadith:
Do not set out on a journey except for three Mosques i.e. Al-Masjid-AI-Haram, the Mosque of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) , and the Mosque of Al-Aqsaلا تشد الرحال إلا إلى ثلاثة مساجد: المسجد الحرام، ومسجد الرسول ﷺ، والمسجد الأقصى
Sahih al-Bukhari 1189
? We ask for your information and guidance. May Allah reward you with good.

A: We are not aware of any blame in that; rather, it falls under traveling to seek knowledge, to understand the Noble Qur'an, and to listen to it recited with a beautiful voice. Traveling for this purpose is not among the journeys that are prohibited. Musa (peace be upon him) made a great journey to al-Khidr (peace be upon him) at the meeting of the two seas to seek knowledge. The people of knowledge, from among the Companions and those after them, continued to travel from region to region and from land to land to seek knowledge. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
he who treads the path in search of knowledge, Allah would make that path easy, leading to Paradise for himمن سلك طريقًا يلتمس فيه علمًا سهل الله له به طريقًا إلى الجنة
Sahih Muslim 2699a
Al-Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated it in his Sahih.
