Ruling on Taking a Sick Leave by Lying

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
He has another question in which he says: I work as a teacher, and teachers in our place are not entitled to leave during the school term. I have work at my home that requires my presence and absence from the school, so I submitted a request for sick leave and went to a doctor who took two pounds from me and gave me the leave. Had I not done that, I would not have gotten it. Is this action of mine valid, or am I obligated to return the salary for these days?
Answer: This is lying and is not permissible. It is forbidden for you and for the doctor who gave you the certificate. It is an evil act and cooperation in sin and transgression. So you must seek their forgiveness and tell them the truth, or return to them the amount corresponding to the part in which you lied, unless they forgive you. This is because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited... rather, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) prohibited lying, and the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade lying and informed that it is one of the characteristics of the people of hypocrisy. Among the signs of the hypocrites:
When he speaks, he lies; when he makes a promise he breaks it; and when he is entrusted with something, he betrays (that trust).إذا حدث كذب، وإذا وعد أخلف، وإذا اؤتمن خان
