A man who wants to travel to Europe for medical treatment out of necessity, and whose wife is a teacher, so he leaves her at home with no one to take her to school

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. A man wants to travel out of necessity for medical treatment in Europe, and his wife is a teacher. If he leaves her at home, no one takes her to school; knowing that the one who takes her is a driver. Then he requested a leave to accompany a sick person with him, but he does not take her, but he takes a man; because if he took her, it would delay him there. He only takes a sick leave, then leaves her at her family's house. Is this leave permissible? Knowing that the wife has a continuous salary.

The Shaykh : What I understand from your question is that he takes a leave, and it is for accompanying the man, whereas in reality she does not go with him; naturally, this does not need to be asked about; because it is clear lying; so it is not permissible. Then, is there no one for this woman to stay with, such as a brother or a father or the like? The woman must have someone to keep her company in the absence of her husband; so it does not necessitate that the husband falls into such lying.
Yes.
