Is the greeting of the mosque permissible during the prohibited times?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Finally, he asks: Is it permissible for a person, if he enters the mosque before the Maghrib adhan, to pray two rak'ahs, or should he sit? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.
Answer: The prohibited times are known, and they are five: from the appearance of the Fajr dawn until the sun rises, from its rising until it has risen the height of a spear, when it stands still before the midday prayer until it declines, after the 'Asr prayer until the sun begins to set, and when it begins to set until it disappears. These are five. However, there is no harm in praying those with a cause. So, if a person enters the mosque after 'Asr or after Fajr, the best for him is to bow down and pray two rak'ahs as the greeting of the mosque; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
If anyone of you enters a Mosque, he should not sit until he has offered a tworak` at prayer.إذا دخل أحدكم المسجد فلا يجلس حتى يصلي ركعتين
Sahih al-Bukhari 1167
It is agreed upon that it is authentic. Likewise, if he performs tawaf after 'Asr in Makkah, circumambulating the Ka'bah, he prays the two rak'ahs of tawaf, whether it is after 'Asr, after Fajr, or at any time; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
do not prevent anyone from circumambulating this House and praying at any time he wants of night or dayلا تمنعوا أحداً طاف بهذا البيت وصلى أية ساعة شاء من ليل أو نهار
Sunan an-Nasa'i 585
Likewise, the eclipse prayer: if the sun is eclipsed after 'Asr, the Sunnah is that they should pray, according to the most correct of the scholars' opinions; because it is one of those with a cause. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
