The Ruling on Delegating the Adhan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A listener who identified himself by the initials (M. D. Sh.) says: I am a muezzin, and now I have delegated the adhan to my son, while I am the one who receives the salary. Is this permissible?
Answer: If the responsible authority to which you report is satisfied with this, there is no harm in it, provided your son is qualified for it, being a person of integrity who performs the adhan properly. If your son performs the adhan properly and is qualified for this matter, and the responsible authority that employed you is satisfied with it, there is nothing wrong with it.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
