Ruling on Hanging Verses and Hadiths on Walls

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The first message in this episode is from the listener Dakhil Allah Aziz al-Sulami, from the town of al-Kamil in the jurisdiction of the Shari'ah Court of al-Kamil. The brother Dakhil Allah has more than one question; he asks and says:
Is it permissible to hang surahs from the Noble Qur'an or the noble Prophetic hadiths on the walls of houses, such as Ayat al-Kursi or the Mu'awwidhat, or anything from the Noble Qur'an? The intention behind this is love for the Qur'an and the Prophetic hadiths. Is this permissible, or is it not permissible?
It is known that this phenomenon is widespread in many places.

Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow his guidance. As for what follows:
There is no harm in hanging Qur'anic verses and Prophetic hadiths in gathering places and offices. All of this is fine for the sake of reminder, admonition, and benefit, not to be taken as amulets that protect from jinn or the like. Rather, they are hung for the sake of benefit and remembrance. Yes.
