The ruling on one who divorces his wife three times, then takes her back, and repeats this

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This is, to begin with, a message sent by the questioner, Abdulrahman Ali Naji al-Yamani. He says: A man divorced his wife three times, then took her back, and she lived with him for several years. Then he divorced her again three times. She remained in her father's house for two months, then he took her back afterwards without a new contract, and without another man having married her. Is his taking her back valid in this manner, or is their cohabitation forbidden?
Please inform us, may Allah reward you.

Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon whoever follows his guidance. After that:
This is a great and serious issue, and we see that the questioner should consult with the woman and her guardian regarding the judge in Yemen, so that the judge can look into the matter, resolve the problem, and inform them of what is obligatory—if Allah wills—and it is not sufficient to be answered about it via the radio, yes.
