What does the ma'mum do if he forgets a pillar or an obligatory act in the prayer, or if he is uncertain about them?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What does the ma'mum do if he forgets a pillar or an obligatory act in the prayer, or if he is uncertain about them?

The Shaykh : If he leaves out a pillar, it is obligatory for him to stand up after the imam's taslim to perform a rak'ah in place of the rak'ah in which he was uncertain.
Provided that the uncertainty is not a constant habit with him, he should not pay attention to it. If he is uncertain about leaving out an obligatory act, the imam bears the sujud al-sahw on his behalf if he did not miss any part of the prayer. If he did miss something, he should prostrate twice before saying the taslim. Yes.
