Mustafa Muhammad from Sudan says: Your Eminence, if I enter the mosque and find the imam standing, and I catch the last rak'ah of the Friday prayer with him, how do I complete my prayer?
Answer:
You perform a second rak'ah. If you catch a rak'ah of the Friday prayer and the imam concludes the prayer, you stand and perform a second rak'ah, and praise be to Allah, it suffices for you; based on his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):Bulugh al-Maram 2:366.
