The state of the human being after death

Question:
The questioner: In another matter, Your Eminence: Sometimes I think about death and tremble with fear of it, because I have read a lot about the terrors of death and the terrors of the Day of Resurrection, to the point that it makes me afraid to sleep. I know that death is a reality and that the resurrection is a reality, but; are the terrors of death and the Resurrection according to the righteousness of the person, meaning that if the person is righteous, the terrors are easy for him? And do all people share equally in these terrors? And what is the way to be saved from them? May Allah reward you with good.
Answer:
When Allah takes the soul of the believer, Allah makes every good easy for him, and his grave becomes a garden from the gardens of Paradise, and he sees nothing but comfort and bliss. Even if his illness or the causes of death before his passing become severe, that does not harm him. This became severe upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) before his passing. The point is that some illness may become severe for a person, then Allah makes the exit of the soul easy for him, and it exits with comfort and tranquility. He is given glad tidings of the mercy of Allah and His pleasure when the soul exits. The angel says to him: "Be glad with a mercy from Allah and a favor." He loves to meet Allah, and Allah loves to meet him, when his soul exits, whether the believer is a man or a woman. So he is in great good, and Allah relieves his distresses and makes his affairs easy for him. And he sees nothing after death but good, bliss, comfort, and tranquility.
In his grave, a door to Paradise is opened for him, and he sees his place in Paradise. And from that place comes to him its fragrance, its sweetness, and the bliss within it. So he is in great good, both the man and the woman.
So be glad with the great good, and do not fear. For the believer, there is nothing after death but good, great bliss, great benefit, comfort, and tranquility. Imprisonment in this world: this world is the prison of the believer. So when he dies, he moves from the prison to comfort and bliss. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good. So if she is a believer in Allah and fulfills the rights of Allah ; let her be glad of death and not be alarmed.
The Shaykh: Yes, it is all good.
The presenter: It is all good. May Allah bless you, and may He do you good.
