There is no mosque in the area except one with a grave in it; should I pray in it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says: There is a mosque with a grave in it, and the obligatory prayer time has arrived. Should I pray in it, knowing that there is no other mosque without a grave in the area where I work? Where should I pray?

Answer:
It is not permissible for you to pray in a mosque that contains graves. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the Jews and Christians who took the graves of their prophets as mosques. He said:
Allah cursed the Jews and the Christians that they took the graves of their prophets as mosquesلعن الله اليهود والنصارى اتخذوا قبور أنبيائهم مساجد
Sahih Muslim 529
When it was reported to him that some of the polytheists made images and built structures over graves, he informed that these are the worst of creation, and that they, meaning the Christians, when a righteous man dies among them, they build a mosque over his grave and depict him in those images. He said:
Those are the worst creatures in the Sight of Allah.أولئك شرار الخلق عند الله
Sahih al-Bukhari 1341
.
Therefore, one does not pray in a mosque that contains a grave or graves, neither voluntary nor obligatory prayers. If you do not find a mosque, pray in your home or in the home of your brothers. You and they gather together, or you establish a new mosque that does not contain graves so that you can pray in it.
And if it is possible for you to remove the grave from the mosque, if the grave is recent and the mosque is older, you should strive to remove the grave from the mosque and pray in it. If the grave is the newer one and the mosque is old, then the mosque is removed from this grave; it is dug up and removed, and you pray in the mosque if you are able to do so with the people of the town.
The point is that one does not pray in a mosque that contains graves. If a believer does not find a sound mosque, he prays in his home, or in any place that does not contain graves. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you and do you good, O Shaykh.
