Guidance on the interference between nearby mosques

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If there are two mosques close to each other, and one interferes with the other, what is the guidance of His Eminence the Shaykh on this matter, given that the distance between one mosque and its neighbor is only about fifty meters?

Answer:
It is obligatory to take care to avoid interference. Each one should lower the volume of the loudspeaker so that one does not interfere with the other. They should be heard from inside, and there should be no hearing from outside that causes interference. It should be faint from the outside, so that this one does not interfere with that one, and that one does not interfere with this one.
In fact, this closeness is strange. Why did this closeness happen? It is obligatory that mosques be spaced apart according to need, not close together. A mosque is built in a neighborhood so that the people of that neighborhood can pray in it. As for this closeness, it has no justification. Perhaps this closeness has legitimate religious reasons that we do not know of. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
