The forbidden milk-sucklings are five or more

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
My mother nursed my maternal aunt’s son for six days, once a day each time. She says she is afraid he does not get full in one session. Will he become my brother through those milk-sucklings?

Answer:
Yes, if the mother nursed him six times, he becomes her son and your brother. Even if it were five, it must not be less than five. The milk-suckling that creates a prohibition is five or more. It is necessary to verify that the milk reached his stomach, even if he did not get full; it must reach the stomach of the child, whether male or female, even if he did not get full. Five times, each one separate from the other. He nurses until the milk reaches his stomach, then he is detached, then he returns, or he moves to the other breast. If the five times are completed, he becomes the son of the wet-nurse. If it exceeds five, it is even more so. Even if he did not get full in each nursing, the important thing is that he nurses milk that reaches his stomach, five times or more, within the two-year period, while he is within the two-year period. He becomes the son of the wet-nurse and the brother of her children, both their males and females. Her father becomes his grandfather, her brothers become his maternal uncles, and her sisters become his maternal aunts.
As for if the milk-suckling is less than five, it is not considered, and the nursed child does not become the son of the wet-nurse. Yes.
