The ruling on praying two rak'ahs upon arriving from a journey

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is praying two rak'ahs after arriving from a journey one of the prayers with specific causes? Is it prayed during the prohibited times? And does it suffice to pray it at home, or is it required to be in the mosque only?

Answer:
The Sunnah is to pray it in the mosque when one arrives, intending one of the mosques and praying two rak'ahs. The most likely view is that if it coincides with the time after the 'Asr prayer, it is one of the prayers with specific causes. However, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to arrive in the morning; if it was possible for him to pray in the morning, or at night, that would be better, or at midday. And if that was not possible except after the 'Asr prayer, it appears that it is one of the prayers with specific causes.
