What is the advice for one who brings in a Muslim maid who displays her adornment?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I am a young man living in a building consisting of apartments. I have repented to Allah from sins, but my neighbor, may Allah guide him, brought in a Muslim maid who is attractive, and my heart has been affected by this maid. She displays her adornment, and I tried to advise him, but he accused me of negligence. What do you advise me? May Allah reward you with good? I know that if I commit this sin, it will ruin my religion and my worldly life, and I have not left any means untried, including asking the imam in the mosque where I pray, and I am married?

Answer:
First, I advise all my brothers to be cautious about importing maids, and to be cautious about importing young and beautiful women. Every believer should strive to be content with his wife and his family in serving his home, and he should be wary of bringing in these maids whose importation and harm have become widespread. My advice to all my brothers is not to bring in maids except in cases of dire necessity, especially if he is alone with his wife; for their danger is great. He may be left alone with her, or his wife may be absent, so Satan may come and fitnah may occur. His neighbor may be tempted by her, as the questioner is asking now. He may tempt his neighbor, his son, his brother, or his servant—if he has a servant or a driver—and thus calamity will befall.
So my advice to everyone is not to import maids at all if possible, except for the utmost dire necessity. If he does bring one in, he should bring in an older Muslim woman, far from beauty, with no beauty that attracts people to her, but rather one of the women far from temptation, older in age, with strength and work capability, but an older Muslim woman known for good. He should instruct his agent to take care of this matter, especially if there are women in his house. If there is a mother and sisters in his house, they may help in restraining her from falsehood and monitoring her. This should also be accompanied by care for her modesty and preventing her from displaying her adornment; he must enforce this on her, or else he should remove her.
He should not bring in a disbeliever; not a Christian... In this Peninsula, only Muslims are to be brought in, for the Messenger of Allah ordered the disbelievers to be expelled from it.
And you, O questioner, you must lower your gaze. If you are afflicted, do not look at your neighbor's wife, nor his maid, nor his daughter. Lower your gaze, and cast your head to the ground when you go out and when you come in. Be wary of looking at women. You are commanded to lower your gaze. Allah the Exalted says:
Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their visionقُلْ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ
[Al-Nur: 30]. Looking is a poisoned, dangerous arrow from the arrows of Iblis, so beware. You must advise your neighbor, and you must send someone else to advise him; perhaps he will remove this maid entirely, or at least prevent her from the causes of fitnah: from displaying her adornment, and from going out here or there, until Allah opens the way for him to remove her.
We ask Allah for guidance for everyone, and there is no power and no strength except with Allah.
