Ruling on bringing a Muslim maid from a foreign country with a mahram?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Here is a question that says: What is the ruling on employing a Muslim maid from a foreign country with a mahram; knowing that we make her—what?—wear the hijab? Yes?

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : Wear the hijab? Knowing that we make her wear the Shari'ah hijab, and it may happen that her arm is sometimes exposed while working in the house; so what is the ruling?
The Shaykh : The answer is that employing a Muslim maid, even with the obligation of the Shari'ah hijab as mentioned in the question; it should be prevented that foreign men enter upon her; even if it is the head of the household; that is, the husband of the Muslim woman who employed the Muslim maid; so it is not permissible for any part of her 'awrah to be exposed, which is her entire body except the face and hands; so because she is a maid, she is a free woman; so it is not permissible for anything to be exposed from her except the face and hands; so if a woman or a man is compelled to bring a Muslim maid, he must be careful about the matter of her covering; such that she is not exposed to revealing anything before the husband; as for the wife, there is no harm in her exposing from her body what she exposes before all Muslim women of her sex.
